Our goal in 2025 is to provide you with the industry leading support you need at the most competitive price. As key dinghy dealers in North America your voices matter and we are here to help with all of your small boat needs.

Highlights from Zim Sailing:

Higher Margins:

We increased Dealer margin on parts for 2025. ILCA, ISCA, RS, C420, Opti, Pram and more…Sails, Spars, Blades, Line, and more - we took care to review our costs carefully, and increase margin to give you the best-possible experience buying with Zim Sailing.

ILCA:

As an ILCA builder, we now buy all ILCA parts direct from manufacturers; Sails, Blades, Spars, Hardware… everything.Regardless of whether or not you are selling the US-built ILCA, you have access to a premium margin and rapid turnaround on ILCA parts. No minimum order quantity! No additional tariffs, customs, or currency fluctuations! We have a large stock of parts and are ready to ship. 

ISCA:

Class legal ISCA parts are included in our 2025 Parts Pricing.

  • Sails are *already* in stock, and available to order/ship today!
  • North Sails is exclusively working with ISCA here, no other builders.
  • We’re waiting for additional approval from world sailing in order to be able to ship the full catalog of ISCA parts. That said, we are accepting parts pre-orders now. Get your orders in to reserve the first available inventory!
  • We are accepting pre-orders for boats as well! Our first hull mold has arrived. Deck mold and Tub molds are set to arrive in March. Click here to see a photo.
  • We are working hard to build stock for delivery in time for the summer season!

Line:

We offer discounted spool pricing on Robline, Kingfisher, and Marlow. We have recently dropped our prices across the board on rope. Stock up to be ready for the summer season!

Harken Parts:

Harken pricing can save you money compared to your normal sources. Give us a try. In order to better serve dealers as a one-stop-shop we have increased our Harken offering. We encourage you to review the pricing attached and take advantage of these savings.

J Sails:

Consistent stock and low prices. We are excited to continue to be the premier provider of J Sails in the United States. We have a close connection to J Sails and inventory is regularly shipped with inbound Fighter Optis or airfreighted directly to Zim. 

FAST Canvas Covers:

We have spent the last year developing a full line of dinghy covers, all made in the USA.

  • Premium Covers: C420 Deck, ILCA Deck, Opti Deck
  • Premium FAST Canvas covers feature Top Gun material, UV resistant thread, flexible skirt for easy on/off, and a personalization plate. All backed by a 5 year warranty and made in the USA!
  • Premium C420 deck, ILCA deck, and Opti deck covers are available now! 
  • Coming soon: Premium C420 hull, ILCA hull, and Opti hull covers are coming very soon. This Fall you can expect: premium blade bags, premium spar bags, FJ covers, and RS covers.

2025 Parts Preseason Promotion:

Zim Sailing is committed to providing increased margin, better availability and the best products to our Dealers. From ILCA, to ISCA, C420, Opti, RS and more - we are investing in our dealers.

For 2025 there are two dealer price levels on PARTS: Dealer A and Dealer B. 

Dealer A gets 3.75% - 7.5% higher margin (depending on category) compared to Dealer B. 

To lock in Parts Dealer A Pricing for 2025, all you have to do is place a Preseason Parts order greater than $2,500. That’s it!

For Dealer A, we have an additional incentive for you if you for larger pre-season orders:

Pre-Season parts orders over $2,500, shipped by March 31st, get an additional 3% discount!

Pre-Season parts orders over $5,000 shipped by March 31st, get a 6% discount! 

(Discounts are on top of Dealer A pricing).

Now is the time to lock in your margin for 2025. Take early delivery of product, and make the most margin of the year!

Terms: 

  • All Preseason Promotion orders are due by 3/31/25 and must include a 25% down payment. 
  • The remaining 75% is due when the parts order ships. 
  • All Preseason Parts Promotion orders must ship by 4/4/25.
  • The preseason promotion doesn’t apply to the following parts categories; ILCA Race Parts, Covers except Fast Canvas, Opti Race Parts, Opti Race Sails, Electronics, Trailers, and Dynamic.

ISCA Update: Class-Legal Boats from Zim Sailing

We want to address some news that came out recently about SERO licensing the name "Sunfish", and what that means for you as an ISCA dealer:

In the last few weeks, SERO announced that they have licensed the names "Sunfish", "Laser", and "Seitech" from LaserPerformance. Presumably, a royalty will be paid directly to LaserPerformance for any boats sold. Production will begin in Michigan after they receive molds, and boats called "Sunfish" will enter the market again thereafter. To be clear, these boats and parts are not approved by the International Sunfish Class Association, and are not legal for any sort of class-sanctioned racing. While royalties from SERO's boat go to LP, Zim will be paying a royalty directly to the class on every single boat and certain parts. This is structured to support the class with resources it needs to execute successful World Championships and drive growth in the class around the world. 

ISCA released this clarification reaffirming that Zim Sailing is the only Class Approved builder of the ISCA and that all other boats made are not considered class approved. Read the full update here.
