Selden lightweight Ball Bearing Blocks (BBB) are to designed to perform under moderate and dynamic loads where good sheave rotation and minimal friction are critical.The 40mm series features stainless steel ball bearings with Acetal sheaves and bearing cages for optimum bearing strength.
They are typically found in mainsheet, spinnaker, and genoa sheet applications in dinghies as well as control line applications.As an accessory, Selden offers a special insert to lock the shackle swivel in-line or perpendicular to the sheave. The shackle swivels freely when the insert is removed.
